With Spark (dgx-spark) unavailable, we ran a complete Wave 1 baseline using only what's on mikesai1 right now: local Ollama models for reasoning, Hermes delegation for orchestration, Mage Flow for local image generation, and OpenRouter credits for high-quality video assets. The result is a practical, reproducible "how to" for teams that want persistent agentic pipelines without waiting for big clusters.

The Pipeline (Argus Roles via Hermes Delegation)

We followed the Argus pattern with bounded missions, Kt contract (ι/ot/ct/vt), CHECKPOINT.md, JSONL traces, and independent review gates.

  1. Manager (Grok): Anchors the standing intent and orchestrates waves.
  2. Planner (local Ollama): Decomposes the topic into missions.
  3. Engineer (local Ollama + OpenRouter): Executes research, generates assets.
  4. Reviewer (Grok): Verifies grounding and quality.

Durable State: CHECKPOINT.md, mission-trace.jsonl, ledger.json, artifacts directory, full hashes.
