The AMD AI Developer Program is a free program for anyone building, optimizing, or scaling AI on AMD hardware. How to apply

  1. Create a free AMD account at the AMD AI Developer Program page.
  2. Complete the program form and verify your email.
  3. Access the AMD AI Developer Program Portal.
  4. Join the member Discord and activate your cloud credit link.
  5. If you do not already have an AMD Developer Cloud account, create one through the credit link to receive your credits.

Partner cloud options

AMD works with cloud providers that offer AMD Instinct GPU instances. These are not all free, but they give you production-grade options beyond AMD's own developer cloud:

  • Crusoe Cloud — AMD Instinct MI300X and MI355X instances with an energy-first cloud platform.
  • Vultr — AMD MI355X Cloud GPU instances globally.
  • Hot Aisle — NeoCloud with bare-metal and virtual MI300X instances.
  • AMD Developer Cloud — The program's own cloud for testing and optimization.
