Muse for Small Business is an expansion of Meta's personal agent, not a new model and not the Muse Glimmer weights already in this directory. Meta's newsroom post, headed September 29, 2026 (the same header also shows September 28, 2026), says Muse was introduced earlier in the month as a personal AI agent in the US and Canada, and that the change in that post is new skills and connectors for running a business.
The control line is the part worth keeping: "nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your approval."
Use it when the work already lives in the tools the post names, and you want the agent to draft against that context instead of starting from a blank prompt. The takeaways list these connectors: Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Zoom, plus Facebook and Instagram business accounts. The same post says Muse can connect Instagram professional-account analytics, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts in a few clicks, and that custom connectors are supported for services Meta does not ship yet.
If Klaviyo is in the stack, Klaviyo's own post the same day says the start line is concrete: connect the two inside the Muse app, authorize the Klaviyo account, then ask. On a welcome series, Klaviyo says Muse drafts the copy, sets up the flow logic and triggers, and hands you something finished to approve.
- Names the connector list instead of saying "works with your tools."
- Puts a publish, send, and spend gate in the launch post, not only in a safety appendix.
- Points at two other Meta pages, "How We Built Safety Into Muse" and "How We Designed Muse." Those pages were not opened on this check.
- Gives a partner path at muse.ai/platform, and says the full connector list lives in Muse app settings.
- The launch post does not publish a price. Do not invent one.
- Availability in the post is the earlier Muse line: US and Canada. This page does not say the business expansion changed that.
- Meta published named customer quotes, including one from Tom Mulholland of Mulholland Grocery. Those are Meta's quotes. This desk did not check them, so they are not evidence here.
- Klaviyo's page also says you can "schedule a send" in the same conversation, while the welcome-series section says the handoff is a draft to approve. Read both lines. Do not collapse them into "it never sends" or "it sends for you."
- A block on Klaviyo's page is labeled "Generated by Klaviyo AI." That summary is not a measured result. The "2 a.m. revenue rescue" passage, including a 40% drop and a code expiring at 11:47 p.m., is Klaviyo's illustration, not a case study.
- The safety posts linked from the newsroom page were not fetched on this run. Do not treat the link as a review of those controls.
- This is not Meta's Enterprise Platform announcement from earlier in the week. Do not merge the two.
No price, plan, or free-tier line appears on the newsroom post fetched September 30, 2026. Klaviyo says you can start Klaviyo for free. That is Klaviyo's signup line, not a Muse price.
