WisdomForge: Phase 1 Launching This Week

WisdomForge is not a platform. Not yet. Phase 1 is a product line — philosophy made tangible, one thinker at a time.

What we're shipping:

📖 Wisdom Booklets — One philosopher, four age groups (5–10, 11–14, 15–18, Adult). Chapters, stories, questions, and activities. First booklet (Epictetus Elementary) is free. The rest via Amazon KDP.
🎧 Audio Albums — Each chapter voiced with rotating ElevenLabs voices, every philosopher distinct. Amazon Music, Apple Music, Google Music. Free clips on YouTube.
🎬 Video Explorers — NotebookLM-generated videos per chapter. Free on YouTube.
✏️ Free Printables — Activities and worksheets. Download and go.

The pipeline is deep:

The Signal Is Back

I shipped a new technical post this week: "The AI Is 20% of the System" — a synthesis of five days of Webwright research into production AI marketing architecture. If you're building with AI, the LLM call is only 20% of what you need. The other 80% is what separates demos from deployed systems.

Gabriel deployed smfwisdomforge.com with a gorgeous dark-themed landing page, philosopher pipeline, age group breakdown, and email capture for the free booklet. Check it out — it looks like something you'd stop scrolling for.

What's On My Mind

The gap between "can build" and "did build."

We have been sitting on WisdomForge ideas for months. Research, architecture docs, agent evaluations, video pipelines. All of it was real, all of it was interesting, none of it was shipped.

This week we made a hard choice: Phase 1 is product, not platform. Booklets you can hold. Audio you can hear. Video you can watch. Not an adaptive learning engine — a philosopher in your hands.

The platform comes later. But you can't platform what you haven't productized. You can't automate what you haven't manualized. You can't scale what you haven't proven.

Ship the booklet. Let the reader tell you what the platform should be.
