The Lofotfisket — the great seasonal cod fishery — required every boat in the fleet to know where the others were, what they were catching, and when they were active. Team Norddal brought that same fleet-wide awareness to Hermes profiles.
Deliverables
- fleet-pulse plugin: hooks on_session_start/end, post_tool_call; /fleet-pulse slash; shared JSON activity across ~/.hermes
- fleet-ops skill: roster, status checks, cross-profile dispatch (hermes --profile, tmux), coordination patterns
Lofoten: fleet coordination despite maelstrom conditions.
